Mann Bharryaa 2.0 Review
This song is an emotional one in the Shershaah movie, which is liked by every fan and not hated even by the critics (how could they, it’s a song about our Shershaah).
The song video starts with the martyr Captain Vikram Batra’s body being taken and then we scenes from his past, his time spent with his family, and Dimple Cheema (played by Kiara Advani in the movie).
The song mainly focuses on showing mourning Dimple Cheema for Captain Vikram Batra and we see lots of scenes of their time spent together like in every other romantic+sad song video.
But this is none like other romantic sad songs, this is about our hero from Kargil War, I had to watch the music video again before writing this review, and it brought tears to my eyes the second time.
We see how Kiara Advani as Dimple Cheema is crying and mourning hard for Vikram Batra, and that is just unbearable to even just see her like that.
Can’t imagine what in real Dimple Cheema had gone through.
The song is the 2.0 version of the older song, sung by B Praak in 2017 but it sure looked like that song was made for this movie alone.
It fits perfectly with the video of the music and the situation all the characters are in the movie.
The YouTube description of the song reads “She sent her heart out with him when he went to the war – what happens when he returns back home, a winner but a martyr? Mann Bharryaa 2.0 is for all those who have loved and lost, especially as a family member of an Indian Army soldier”.
Sidharth Malhotra shared the song on Social Media too with the caption ” Remember the lost ones with a heart full of love and a soul full of gratitude.”
The official video of the song on YouTube has gained over 23M views and over 54k comments as of today, and still increasing in number.
It shows how much the fans really loved the song, the reason to love the song is not just the song itself but the movie and for whom the song is dedicated – our Kargil War Heroes.
The Shershaah movie was released on Amazon Prime on 15 August 2021, if you have yet not watched the movie, we would recommend you do so.
This is one of the best movies Bollywood has produced, a lot of shitty movies get a lot of attention in Bollywood but movies like such are rare.
That is why you should shower your love on this movie, watch it with your friends, family and if you have a partner especially, watch it with her/him.
People with army backgrounds can relate a lot to this movie and the song, for instance, my father is in the army and though there is no war, there is a constant fear of death in the Army.
